Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • All orders will be shipped 3-7 business days from receiving the order using UPS and USPS. 

  • Expected delivery dates are an estimate given to us by UPS and USPS, expect some delays around busy times of the year

  • Once your products are picked up by UPS or USPS, we are unable to control or assist with the delivery process. We encourage you to contact the shipping courier if there are any issues. 

  • Because we want the best experience possible for you, if after 7-10 business days you have contacted the shipping courier with no avail, please contact us ASAP and we will see what we can do to assist.

Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of the products, returns are not accepted. 

  • If you have received a damaged product, please email us at herdreamcompany@gmail.com within 24 - 48 hours of delivery. Please provide pictures of the damaged product and packaging to be eligible for a replacement. 

  • If your product is defective or you feel you got the incorrect product, please email us within 3-5 business days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
